Lupe is the Branch Manager/Business Development Officer. She also holds an active real estate license and a Notary license. Her extensive banking career has been dedicated to the Pico Rivera Community. She joined the Pico Rivera branch of Bank of the West (then Sanwa Bank in 1985) and joined Pacific Western Bank in 1991. In 2005 started a DiNovo branch and three years later joined Preferred Bank. Ms. Quintana has served on many Boards for non-profits, including President of the Pico Rivera Chamber of Commerce, Past President of Soroptimist International of Pico Rivera, Past President of Pico Rivera Lion’s Club, and currently a member of the Pio Pivo Women’s Club. She has also served on Bond Measures Committee in the City of Pivo Rivera and served on the Nominating Committee for the Pico Rivera Sheriff’s Captain. 

Quintana’s strong leadership and active roles in the community and banking industry have made her a recognized and respected individual in the Pico Rivera Community; she attended Pasadena City College and graduated from the University of Boulder, Colorado.
