Carlos Rincon- CEO/President
Pastor Carlos Rincon has been the senior pastor for 31 years at Centro de Vida Victoriosa Church. The church has more than four hundred families. The Assemblies of God ordained him. Within this denomination, he has served in several capacities, and committees, also he has served as denominational Presbyter with the Southern Pacific District. This district has more than 300 churches in Southern California. Carlos graduated (Summa Cum Laude) from Vanguard University with BA in Management and Leadership. Carlos is an Executive member of the Hispanic Association "Unidad" of Southern California; the organization has more than two thousand churches. Carlos has planted churches in Mexico and the USA. He is also part of the clergy council for LA Voice
in Los Angeles. Finally, Pastor Rincon is also a member of the National Diversity Coalition; this organization works with critical local and National leaders in financial, political, and with Corporations.
Amparo Rincon- CEO/President
Jason J. Hamilton is the founder of Keep It Simple Financial Planning, a Registered Investment Advisory in Orange County, California. He is passionate about helping low-moderate communities become educated and empowered with financial literacy. Yves M. Mombeleur - Board Member
Yves M. Mombeleur currently serves as the Director of Community Development, CRA and CDFI Executive Director for Royal Business Bank. He joined RBB in March 2017 bringing more than twenty years of industry leadership, expertise and management to his trail blazing role. He is a pioneer on social enterprise and has consistently challenged all businesses to actively work towards a more equitable economy centered on inclusion of all people. His areas of expertise include diversity and inclusion initiatives, community engagement, training, sustainable business growth, banking, regulatory and compliance measures.
Prior, he managed a national Fund that focused on affordable housing and economic stabilization through job creation. His Fund provided capital to nonprofits and small businesses nationwide. The Fund also acquired, rehabbed, and sold formerly distressed properties in 28 states.
Mr. Mombeleur was previously the National Manager for Neighborhood Stabilization at JP Morgan Chase where he created the best practice donation program that enabled his group to donate over 3,000 homes to nonprofits across the US while also selling thousands more in attempt to create affordable housing inventory. Mr. Mombeleur also led the foreclosure intervention efforts by helping pilot the Chase Homeownership Centers.
Mr. Mombeleur has been named person of the year by Asian Inc., honored by the Florida Housing Coalition, National Association of Black Real Estate Brokers Women’s Council, National Asian American Coalition, Leadership Award in New Jersey, and the Georgia State Legislature cited him as a person of magnanimous strengths with an unimpeachable reputation for integrity, intelligence, fairness, and kindness.
Imelda Aparicio - Board Member
Imelda Aparicio received a BA in Business in Administration and has a California State Teacher Credential. Currently working as an Early Childhood Educator for Bassett Unified School Child Development. Certified as a Classroom Assessment Scoring System (CLASS) observer, to help teachers interact with children, and improve the quality classroom interactions. In addition, she serves as a coordinator of the Children’s Ministry at Centro Vida Victoriosa Church, and is a board member for Instituto de Avance Latino.
Anel Rosales - Board Member
Casandra Ramirez - Board Member
Casandra was born in Chicago Illinois and relocated to California at the age of 10. Attended University at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo and Graduated with a Degree in Architectural Engineering.
Currently work for Fluor Corporation as a Structural Engineer in their CSA, or Civil/Structural/Architectural Department as a Design Supervisor and Engineer working on the design of Steel and Concrete Supports and Foundations for Petrochemical and Power Facilities. Supports include Equipment Racks and Foundations, Pipe Racks, Electrical Racks, PDC Building supports and a variety of
other industrial structures. Currently a member of SEAOC, SHPE and Instituto de Avance Latino Fluent in English and Spanish with some knowledge of French. Hobbies include: Gardening, reading, karaoke, playing board games and dancing
